Print Schedule

The main reason ClassMap exists is to facilitate schedule printing. 

Normally, a teacher will do this is by creating a master schedule first and reference it when manually creating the schedule for each student. If the student needs icons, using a drawing program to align images together is the only way. This is not only cumbersome, but extremely time consuming.

ClassMap gets rid of this workflow completely by using the Station Color, Image and selected Student Schedule Type  generate all of the individual schedules.

Generate and Print Schedule

1. Tap on the Print Preview Icon on the Schedule Toolbar.
   
2. You’ll be taken to the Print Preview screen.
3. You’ll see all of the generated pages ClassMap has created for you.
4. You can filter by specific categories to make it easier for you to print.
   
   

Whole Class Schedule

When you have students in the Whole Class Schedule:

• A page will be created for each student based on the schedule and settings you added for them.
• You can print all of them, or only a few pages (by using your browser's Print window).

Weekly Schedules

When you have students in the Weekly Class Schedule:

• A page will be created for each day for that student. You'll then be able to print/save the weekly schedule JUST for that student.
• You'll have to switch between students, to be able to print all your class Schedules.
