Add Student to Schedule

Students are shared across your account. This way, you can keep track of which schedules they have been assigned to and it will make it easier for you to add them to multiple schedules.

How to Add a Student

  1. Navigate to the Student Sidebar
  2. Click on the New Button
  3. A modal will show up with the following options

Create a new Student

For new students, select this, then:

  1. Fill out the Student Name
  2. Select the Schedule Type
  3. Select the Whole or Weekly schedule
  4. Save

Add an Existing Student to your Schedule

If you had students in a previous year, then Add them to the current School Year. Once you have done so, you will be able to add them to the schedule

  1. Search for the Student Name
  2. Select the Schedule Type
  3. Select the Whole or Weekly schedule
  4. Save


Add Multiple Students (only for new students)

Entering each student individually can be a hassle. ClassMap provides a way for you to enter multiple students at once.

  1. Navigate to the Add a Student screen.
  2. Fill out the details for the first student.
  3. Click on + Add More Students button.
  4. A row where you can enter the Student Name and Schedule Type will be displayed.
  5. You can repeat this process as many times as necessary.
