Trial

When you first create a ClassMap account, you are locked in a Trial account. This is to give you the opportunity to play with the application, learn what it can do and decide if it works for you or not.

While in trial mode, the following features are blocked:

  • You cannot save any changes.
  • You cannot upload images.

To be able to do any of the above, please subscribe to ClassMap.


How to Subscribe

ClassMap's servers will NOT store or have access to your credit card information. To provide the highest level of security, ClassMap delegates all of the online processing needs to Stripe for its online processing (used by companies like Lyft, Zoom, Shopify, Instacart, etc).   1. Log into your ClassMap account.
  2. You will see a banner with a Manage Subscription button
  3. You can also navigate to the Settings page and see the Manage Subscription button.
  4. You will be taken to the Billing Page (hosted by Stripe), where you can pick the plan to subscribe to and enter your credit card information in a secure environment.

Cancel your Subscription

  1. Log into your ClassMap account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page and click on the Manage Subscription button.
  3. You will be taken to the Billing Page (hosted by Stripe) where you can cancel.
  4. If you decide to Cancel, you can still use ClassMap until your current plan ends.
